Moss rose plants need six to eight hours of full sun on most days to look and bloom their best.
Moss rose plants are a popular choice for growing in containers along the front edge of garden bed borders, as edging along paved walkways, in and on top of stone walls
Cover the seeds with a thin layer of soil and keep the soil evenly moist until the seeds germinate. By adding a high nitrogen fertilizer, planting process can get a headstart.
Seeds germination period requires one to two weeks. Start them indoors four weeks before the last frost or sow them directly outdoors in warm weather.
Ideal plant spacing is ten inches apart.
These plants thrive in sandy and rocky soil, and they demand excellent drainage.
